Classic Dill Deviled Eggs

I brought these to our 2020 Thanksgiving dinner, and they were a hit! The dill makes a beautiful garnish and pairs perfectly with the eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 12 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

  • 4 tablespoons dill pickle relish

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Dried or fresh dill, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place the eggs in a pot covered with water by about 2 inches. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and boil the eggs for approximately 10 minutes. Once the time is up, remove eggs from the water and allow them to cool.

  2. Carefully remove the eggs from their shell and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks into a medium-sized bowl.

  3. Add mustard, relish, mayonnaise, pepper, and salt to the bowl and mash with a fork until everything is combined.

  4. Fill each egg half with the yolk mixture and garnish with fresh or dried dill. Enjoy!
