Pan-Seared Lemon Basil Salmon
Special shout out to Middle Tennessee State University dietetic student, Kayti Kuhn, for creating this easy & delicious recipe! It was so fun to collaborate with senior dietetic students from my alma mater. Thank you, Kayti!
Sometimes, the simplest recipes are just what you are looking for! Salmon is pan-seared to perfection, seasoned with garlic, basil, salt, & pepper, and topped with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Kayti recommends serving over a bed of rice with roasted carrots on the side— a delish combo! Hope you enjoy.
